What does "CODE" mean?
The CODE is our product classification system. Instead of dozens of
look-alike bottles, every product is defined by clear attributes — hold,
shine, finish, scent, and formulation — so you can match a product to

Which beard oil scent should I choose?
Sandalwood is warm and classic; Cedar is fresh and woody; Unscented has
no added fragrance for sensitive noses or shared bathrooms. All three
use the same base: jojoba, grapeseed, olive, and wheat germ oils with
vitamin E.
How do I use sea salt spray?
Spray evenly onto damp or dry hair, shape with your fingertips, and
scrunch for texture. Let it air dry for a natural matte look, or blow
dry for extra volume. It works on straight, wavy, and slightly curly
hair.
Is your deodorant really aluminum-free?
Yes. Our natural deodorant is free of aluminum, parabens, phthalates,
ozokerite, and baking soda. It uses plant-based tapioca starch to absorb
moisture, with shea butter and coconut oil for a smooth glide, and
provides odor protection for up to 24 hours.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, then transit takes 3-5
business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your
order ships. We currently ship within the United States.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $4.99, and it's free on orders of $15.99 or more.
Where do orders ship from?
All orders ship from our U.S. warehouses — no long international waits,
no surprise customs fees.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund;
return shipping is paid by the customer. For damaged, missing, or
incorrect items, send us a photo within 14 days and we'll issue a full
refund or free replacement — no need to mail anything back. For hygiene
reasons, opened personal care products cannot be returned.
